This treatment combines the power of mechanical dermabrasion and hydradermabrasion to resurface the skin while simultaneously hydrating the treated skin with hyaluronic acid and other essential skin nutrients. BODY SCRUB w/ BLEACH

Our scrub makes use of a combination of sea salt and honey almond scrub to gently remove dead, dry rough skin, leaving it baby soft and smooth. It is followed by the application of a natural bleaching agent made from grape seed extract, AHA, and licorice to whiten skin naturally.

The procedure takes 45 minutes and can be done 1 to 3 times a week.

COLLAGEN INDUCTION THERAPY

Collagen Induction Therapy is a procedure which stimulates the skin to produce new collagen, thereby reducing wrinkles and improving skin texture. The principle behind collagen channeling using the Collagen Induction Therapy treatment is simple. When it is applied to the skin, under local or topical anesthesia, a roller with very fine needles or a special needle is used to create many microscopic channels deep into the dermis of the skin, which stimulate your own body to produce new collagen. These channels also improve the penetration of vitamins A and C creams about 1000 times. Vitamins A and C stimulate skin renewal, thereby making the skin appear fresher and younger.

IPL or INTENSE PULSE LIGHT

It mainly targets are red and brown marks. For scars or keloid marks it is accompanied with Kenacort injection.

FRAXEL

This makes use of Erbium Glass Laser to deeply penetrate the skin to cause microscopic wounding to resurface the skin. This treatment is highly recommended for patients with depressed Acne scars.

A Local cream anesthetic (EMLA) is applied for about an hour before the treatment. Some patients may opt to do it under sedation.

Patients who receive Fraxel Laser Treatment can expect speedy healing and minimal to no downtime. There is a sensation of heat similar to that of a sunburn and the treated area will be red and swollen which may last for several hours to 2-3 days.
The use of ice packs may relieve the discomfort.
Bronzing of the area treated may be noted. Flakiness and peeling may take place 5-7 days after treatment. Patients can apply make-up immediately after treatment and return to routine activities. There is limited, if any, risk of infection or scarring.

Fraxel produces great results. After the first treatment, you will begin to feel the difference in your skin, as it gradually becomes softer, smoother, tighter and fresher. Fraxel successfully minimizes fine lines and wrinkles as well as an ablative laser peel and evens out skin discolorations caused by the sun damage or aging.

Multiple sessions are advised for maximized results and most people begin to notice positive changes in their skin within about a week and the improvements continue for about six months.

The treatment may be done every 1-4 weeks, depending on the assessment of the doctor, for 5-6 sessions. Treatment takes 20 minutes for Fraxel alone but will take 30 minutes to 1 hour for the whole procedure. KENACORT INJECTION

Kenacort injection is a Corticosteroid used to flatten scar. This treatment is ideal for keloid scar. It’s usually done together with Fraxel or IPL treatment to even out the color.

MULTI CLEAR

It is a non-invasive procedure recommended for white scars. The wavelengths of light emitted by the Multi-clear trigger special skin cells (Melanocytes) to produce new melanin in the non-pigmented white skin and darken the existing non-colored melanin to match normal skin color.

COSMELAN
It is a set of product and treatment used to treat hyper pigmented skin.

How does it work?

The Cosmelan Active System for Acne consists of two phases:
Phase One: Application of the Cosmelan Active System mask.- (which is done under the supervision of a medical professional)

The Cosmelan Active System mask contains strong ingredients to peel away dead skin cells, deep clean the pores, and kill acne bacteria. The face should be cleansed thoroughly and dried. Then, using a cotton ball, vigorously rub the Oil Removing Solution all over the face to ensure a clean face.

Next, apply the Cosmelan Active System Mask to the entire face- concentrating on areas of acne and breakouts. Avoid the corners of the mouth and nose, as these areas can get overly dried out, and do not apply in close proximity to the eyes. After the mask is applied, you will leave the mask on your face for three to four hours. The mask is then removed with the Active Facial Gel Cleanser.

Phase Two: Maintenance.
Starting the morning after the mask application, begin to use the Cosmelan Active Maintenance Cream daily after cleansing. The formulation eliminates dead skin cell buildup, reduces oil production, and continues to even out skin discolorations left by blemishes. Used daily, it will improve the appearance of blemishes and reduce clogged pores.Cosmelan Active Spot Treatment may be used several times each day and is applied directly to blemishes. What are the benefits?

FAQ
Will I peel from this treatment?
Yes, most patients experience some light flaking after this treatment. The flaking will last between 3 to 5 days.

Should I expect my skin to break-out after this treatment?
Unfortunately, with acne, we can’t push it into the skin; we have to bring it out to heal the condition. Most patients will experience a “purging” of the skin, but after the initial “purging” and after the second mask application, the skin should start healing and clearing.

Is there any downtime with this treatment?
Other than a slight flaking and mild redness (which only some patients experience) there is no reason to expect “downtime” from this treatment. Make-up may be applied the day after the mask application and normal activity may resume.

NOTE: A mineral type make-up is recommended.

Will this treatment help to control my break-outs and oily skin?
Yes, after the second mask application your skin should begin to see significant improvement in the amount of acne blemishes. Oily production should also be greatly reduced.

How important is it that I maintain with the home care products?
It is imperative that the patient follow the recommended home care protocol. The Cosmelan Active Cleanser, Maintenance Gel and Spot Treatment all work together as a “system” to control oil, clear the dirt and oily build up in the pores, heal existing break-out and control future break-outs. Another benefit from using the home care products is the reduction of post inflammatory pigmentation, which is often associated with moderate to severe acne conditions.
