Donita Rose shares her Belo experience at The Podium open house
The Belo clinic at The Podium recently held its annual open house. Both new and familiar faces came to enjoy the special evening prepared by the Belo Medical Group for them. Guests were treated to a delightful dinner at the Cafe Breton. Over dinner, Dr. Hayden Kho captivated the crowd with his Belo Beauty 101 lecture. He talked about beauty and what it takes to be beautiful - including, of course, the special treatments and services offered by the Belo Medical Group.
After his talk, former MTV VJ and loyal Belo client, Donita Rose gave her personal testimonials of the Belo treatments which she herself has gone through. Donita believes that looking beautiful gives a woman more confidence. She confesses that she goes to Belo at The Podium almost every week! She candidly spoke about her favorite treatments the and gamely shared her beauty secrets to the mesmerized crowd.
11-year-old Christine Aquino also shared her Belo experience with the guests. This young lady has been going to the Belo clinic since she was five years old! She talked about how, six years ago, she used to have a very large birthmark on her face which made her self-conscious. There wasn’t anything she could do about it because her parents couldn’t afford to have it removed. It was during that time when Christine’s mother saw Dr. Vicki Belo on television and decided to ask for her help. Through Dr. Belo’s kind heart, Christine has been going to the Belo clinic at the Podium to regularly have treatments. Today, there is practically no trace of the birthmark left on her face. Christine also seems to have already gained confidence.
After a few more testimonials, the group was escorted to the Belo clinic by Dr. Christina Limbag and Dr. Carlo Lozada. To cap off the night, the guests were given a chance to experience several trademark Belo treatments.

Hi! I always admire all your models most especailly all the great works you have done to each of your clients. I have a big problem, I want to bring back my confidence to myself.I need a total makeover (i guess), I have gained weight, got scars caused by my allergy, eyebags due to my work schedules. I can’t join any summer outings nor cannot wear anything that I can say suits me well. I have a very limited choices of clothes because of my present apprearance & figure. Gusto ko lang po malaman yung price ng old scar removal nyo.. mababaw lang ung mga scar pero because of mas darker ng little ung mga scar mas visible sila. my parents says na i’ve got them when i’m older kaya ng mark ung mga scar.both legs po. We have different procedures for Scar Lightener. You must be seen first with one of our Doctors so that proper assessment can be advised.
Anyways, below are the possible procedures.
1.)Body Scrub w/ Bleach - Php2, 240/session, should be done for a minimun of 15 sessions. This is for mosquito bites scars.
2.)V Beam - for red raised scars that are often caused by surgery, trauma, or burns (hypertrophic scars and keloids). Minimum price is Php7, 840 and is available only in Makati branch only.
3.)Versapulse laser - minimum price is PhP6, 720 depending on the size and deepness of the scars. (Podium only)
4.)IPL - Php5,600/session. This for keloid. Kenacort injection (for Keloid) is minimum Php1, 155 per treatment. (Alabang, Greenhills and Plaza Makati, Tomas Morato only)

We just visited Manila after 20 some years being absent from the country. Fortunately we had a change to have a facial treatment at BeloMed at Rustan facility clinic. Just to let anyone know that we were satisfied to the treatment and the staff at Belo. the result of our facila was very satisying. Being in the snowy state in the US our facila skin was brutally damage due to dryness during winter. On our recent visit it was rejuvinated and a very satisying result. In 2 weeks it show the difference from the old leatherly facial skin. Age spots were lightened up, early sign of wrinkles were diminished not completely gone but it shows promishing at least not obvious. Collegue were so surprise of the result. Just for a reasonable price coming from the States this is reasonable. Thanks for teh Belo group. Celebrities or not deserve to have this kind of treatment. We all work hard in our life. We will intend to go back for another non surgical treatment if we will have an oppurtunity. More power to BeloMedical Group.

Versapulse laser is for birthmark removal. In this procedure, there may be some discomfort associated with the treatment but is mostly tolerable. Some patients say they feel a slight sting, like the snap of a rubber band on the skin, followed by the feeling of sunburn. Many treatments do not require anesthetics. However, some patients feel more comfortable with a local numbing agent like ice. For some patients, a local anesthesia may be beneficial. Most treatments do not require incisions or injections. A special “chilled tip” may also be used to cool the skin during the treatment.
There are also many benefits to Versapulse laser procedure: pain is tolerable, no needles for most patients, less bruising and swelling, once removed, lesions do not return, and risk for scarring is minimal.

May scars are brought po by intense itching of my skin pag ina-atake aq ng skin ashma.Its really been my dream since i was in my elementary years up to now na im working na.Can’t mingle sa lahat ng events esp those parties which requires a skin showing dresses..Please please give feedback to me on what type of treatment is applicable for me, and as well as the estimated price lang ng aabutin w/ the treatment. I forgot to inquire on this din po.
Do you also have treatments for sweaty armpits,sweaty feets & sweaty palms…bad thing po talga kasi cant wear altypes of shirts & sandals..kasi nagpuputik sya & its gross to see an wet armpit ..di namn po sya mabaho..though at times my feet get smelly.Please include this on your feedback if meron po..As well as the addresses of the available clinic.Im located at quezon city & im 26

In regards with scar removal, it would be best to have it seen first by our Doctor for proper treatment.
For sweaty area, we have Aluminum Chloride solution that costs Php448. Another thing that we do in the clinic is to Botox the sweaty area. The price is around Php16, 800. We can also do Liposuction. The doctor would take out the cells that make you sweat so much. There is a possibility that a patient might need more than one session of liposuction for this treatment. This is Php 33,600.00 + Php 11,200 for the anesthesia.

hi doc..gusto ko po sna mginquire sa aking mga old scars sa binti by the way im an ofw..medyu maliit lng nmn cla pero hindi cla in one area hiwa hiwalay po cla mga 7 scars po cla sna mabigyan nyo po ako ng idea kung mgkano gagastusin ko dto kase nagiipon po ako pra mapatanggal ko lng ang aking mga scars kase mtagal ko na clang problema at kung ilang sessiions po ang gagawin dahil maiksi lng po ung vacation ko 2 or three weeks lng..mraming salamat po God bless to your group specially to doc vicky more power..

by the way, the birthmark that is located on my face is just a pigmented one, flat type of mark, sometimes it looks like as if i have a hematoma on my eye..need your suggestions..any creams u would suggest to lighten it?

hello po…taga cebu ako..available ba dito sa clinic nnyo sa ayala ang scar removal treatment.. i want to know if how much ang cost for scar removal…i have many scars on my both legs since i was a kid…nkuha ko ito during i played with my friends..some parts sa knees…nagsimula sa kati and then bigla na lng lumaki…i want all these scars will be removed or if not, sana ma minimize ang visibilty…

hello po, I used to go to salon when i was 16 for facials, and i think instead of gaining confidence by diminishing my pimples(and scars), it just worsen my situation, because they left even a deeper scar.i’m aubrey and i’m 19 years old.
