Zsa Zsa Padilla endorses Thermage for Belo

Monday, January 24th, 2011

Divine Diva Zsa Zsa Padilla certainly knows how to take care of her looks – from her face to her skin to her body. This is something she puts importance on as she is constantly under the glare of kleig lights – on television, the movies and concert stage.

“I don’t sleep with make-up on,” Zsa Zsa shares. “I always clean my face well. From my forehead to my toes, I always moisturize. I’m confident enough to show my skin bare in public when I don’t need to wear makeup, because I take care of it. I’m vain in more ways than one. I’m lucky not to have many pimples or blemishes… thanks to good genes and a solid beauty regimen.”

After endorsing the breakthrough whitening product, Belo Essentials, Zsa Zsa now promotes Belo’s Thermage, the only non-invasive treatment that ensures tighter skin, renewed facial contours and healthier collagen. The incision-free procedure is fast and easy and requires no down time from normal activities. Unlike lasers which require four or more sessions, Thermage can be performed only once on patients of all skin types.

“I’m always dying to go to Belo medical for my usual treatments – facial, my favorite Pan-G and now, Thermage,” Zsa Zsa says. “What women have to go through just to make ourselves beautiful. But not just to please our man, let me be clear on that. We do it because we love to look and feel beautiful.”

Other Filipino celebrities who have undergone Thermage with the Belo Medical Group include Albert Martinez, Lorna Tolentino and beauty queen Margie Moran-Floirendo.

Immediately following a Thermage procedure, your skin should feel tighter, smoother and more youthful. Thermage employs a patented radio frequency (RF) technology called ThermaCool, which has been clinically proven to tighten and gently lift skin, and smooth-out wrinkles. The said device has been cleared by the US Food and Drug Association (FDA) for the non-invasive treatment of facial wrinkles.

Thermage can also be done for the eyes, hands and abdomen. The procedure causes immediate tightening of the collagen structure, with additional tightening over time. Thermage has an excellent safety record and is now available in over 70 countries. It is estimated that over 275,000 procedures have been performed with the ThermaCool device and Belo has contributed to many of those procedures in the past three years.

In 2007, Belo finally merited an international recognition it rightfully deserves. Dr. Belo’s extensive experience in the medical field recently earned her the enviable citation from Thermage International as the number one doctor in the world who has performed the most number of Thermage procedures worldwide. She bested over 2,000 physicians from other countries, including the United States, Europe and Asia.

The award is both an honor and a dream come true for the Belo Medical Group, which is celebrating its 18th anniversary this year as it remains in the forefront of putting Philippine medical tourism on the map and turning the Philippines into “the beauty capital of Asia.”

The recognition also proves that Filipino doctors are now at par with other international medical practitioners when it comes to cosmetic dermatology, a specialized, world-class industry.

Certainly, being number one in Thermage worldwide will open bigger doors for the Belo Medical Group. With the most experience, affordable price, excellent service and standards at par, if not better than, with the rest of the world, there is no better time to encourage non-surgical rejuvenation here in the Philippines.

The Belo Medical Group has clinics at the Medical Plaza in Makati, Podium in Ortigas, Tomas Morato and Trinoma in Quezon City, Rustan’s Makati, Greenhills, San Juan, Westgate in Alabang, The Terraces, Ayala Center, Cebu and the recently opened, the Residences at Greenbelt in Makati.

It only gets better and better for Jinkee

Tuesday, December 14th, 2010

by Denise Cabotage

Everyone was talking about Jinkee Pacquiao last year, and mind you, it didn’t have anything to do with Manny. The buzz was about the dramatic transformation that she underwent and how she became sexier and more beautiful by the day.

Armed with a new outlook in life, Jinkee has been very happy with her body ever since she did the Belo SmartLipo. A year has passed and yet, people are still wondering, “What is her secret?” and “How does her knockout body keep getting better and better?”

Jinkee loves BodyTite
There’s more to Jinkee that meets the eye. She loves her body and she knows what’s best for her. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, Jinkee knocks us out again with an even sexier figure. BodyTite gave her more contour and accentuated her curves.

BodyTite is a safe and effective minimally-invasive body contouring procedure. It makes use of a Radio Frequency Assisted LipoTightening (RFALT) device used for assisted liposuction and simultaneous skin tightening. As it tightens skin, it will define curves and tone the body.

Now wouldn’t you want a knockout body like Jinkee’s?

by Leah H. Salterio

On its second year, the Ike and Nena Belo Foundation of the Belo Medical Group helps children with cancer by funding the full renovation of the treatment room of the Children’s Cancer Ward and Hematology Center at the Philippine Children’s Medical Center (Lungsod ng Kabataan).

The Ike and Nena Foundation was put up by Dr. Vicki Belo, in honor of her parents, lawyer Enrique Belo and wife Florencia, who instilled in her the value of charitable giving.

The treatment room had its blessing and inauguration last September 8, which is also the birth anniversary of Atty. Ike Belo. The activity was also part of the celebration of the 20th anniversary of Belo Medical Group this year.

Present were Dr. Belo, her mom Nena Belo, daughter Cristalle Belo Henares, Belo doctors, managers, celebrity endorsers (Regine Velasquez, Sam Concepcion, Mark Bautista, Valerie Concepcion, Grace Lee) and Dr. Vince Gomez from the PCMC.

Magician Alakim delighted the children with his tricks. Jollibee also added fun by bringing its popular mascot and distributing snacks to the kids.

The Ike and Nena Belo Foundation is a non-profit corporate charity meant to shape lives, with education, surgical assistance and environmental protection as its advocacies.

The private foundation was created for the education of needy children, rehabilitation of burned victims, surgery of children with cleft palate and environmental awareness. The core advocacy is geared towards the physical, mental and social welfare of the beneficiaries.

“The foundation carries the legacy of my parents and it is Belo’s way of giving back after 20 years of being in the business,”

Dr. Belo said. “We want to be part of shaping people’s lives by fulfilling their goals and giving them a sense of value and satisfaction.”

Dr. Belo makes it a point to be on top of all the activities and charitable missions of foundation, which include annual scholarship grants to poor but deserving students, community outreach programs, public service, medical missions, surgical/medical assistance and environmental campaigns.

Among the activities that the Ike and Nena Foundation has completed are the outreach to the less fortunate at Baseco Compound in Tondo, donating school supplies to students in Mindoro, the Belo Goes Green environmental campaign, treatment of burned victims and ongoing scholarship grants to eight students.
